Elements of Romance Writers of America Chapter #211 was created in order to support the Novel with Strong Romantic Elements in the Golden Heart and Rita Conests, as well as the many RWA chapters that have contests with the same category. Here you can find out information on how to enter and keep up with the news of the winners and finalists.
