Emerald City Writers Conference Welcomes Goodie Bag Items & Raffle Baskets:

Here’s a great chance to share your
brand  with 300 avid conference attendees!

You’re invited to participate in  a promotional opportunity at the Emerald City Writers Conference, sponsored by  the Greater Seattle Chapter of RWA, which takes place at the Bellevue Westin on  October 26-28, 2012.

Our conference includes more than 60 workshops  and averages 300 attendees, ranging from new writers to New York Times  bestsellers as well as numerous editors and agents. The conference regularly  sells out, with a substantial waiting list.

This year’s keynote speakers are NYT  bestselling authors Susan Wiggs and Victoria Alexander, and Hollywood story  consultant Michael Hauge.

Goodie Bags:

We’re collecting  books, pens, and other fun items for Goodie Bags to be given to conference  attendees. One important change from last year is that the conference is “going  green.” To help protect the environment, we’re no longer able to accept paper  promotional items such as postcards, bookmarks, flyers, and excerpts. All other  contributions, however, will be gratefully accepted!

You may share as  many items as you wish, but we are expecting 300 attendees.

We can  offer you three options to deliver
your items: For local chapters,  we’ll happily stop by a chapter meeting to collect your items (and meet  you!)

You can mail your items to:
Laura Navarre
11320  Lakeside Avenue NE
Seattle, WA 98125

You can attend one of our  monthly GSRWA meetings (posted online at and deliver your items  in person.
