To join Elements of RWA:
IMPORTANT: You MUST be a member of RWA to join Elements. No refunds will be issued for dues payments submitted by those ineligible for membership because of lack of current RWA membership. If you have any questions or it has been more than 10 business days since you submitted your dues payment and you have NOT received an email invitation to join our online discussion group, please contact the Membership Coordinator at membership@elementsofrwa.com.
To Join or renew your membership in Elements of RWA:
1. Complete and submit the online form below. (The payment page should appear after you submit the membership form.)
2. Select one of the displayed payment options (PayPal/credit card or check/money order) and submit your dues payment, in U.S. funds, payable to ELEMENTS OF RWA.
NOTE: Annual membership dues are currently $15. The Chapter membership year runs from January 1st through December 31st. New members joining the Chapter from July 1st through December 31st will be billed a prorated annual dues fee of $7.50, with the full membership fee due on the following January renewal date.

Hardship Relief
ERWA Special Fund for Hardship Relief The ERWA Board of Directors has approved the formation of a relief fund for members who are suffering a financial hardship and are unable to renew their membership dues. See Qualifications and Procedures later.
We are requesting your help in providing support for our members who are suffering a hardship and are unable to pay their renewal dues. You may make a voluntary donation ($1, $2, $5, or more) using either PayPal or by sending a check.
When using your PayPal account, you will use the Send Money option and send your donation to elementstreasurer@gmail.com. Please select the personal option and mark it as a gift. In the payment method window please put HARDSHIP DONATION in the subject line and please feel free to leave us your contact information in the message box. Then click on Send.
Sending a Check: Make checks payable to Elements of RWA and mail to Nicholas Genovese, 237 Pi Street, Belle Chasse, LA 70037.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROCEDURES
Treasurer Chairs and Directs the ERWA SFHR
Special Fund for Hardship Relief Mission Statement: The Board of Directors, ERWA #211, has approved a hardship relief fund for members (EWRA SFHR) who are suffering a financial hardship and do not have the funds necessary to continue their membership in Elements of RWA.
Qualifications for ERWA SFHR:
1. Your RWA dues must be current.
2. If you qualified and received RWA relief, you will qualify for ERWA relief.
3. You must provide a statement explaining your financial hardship.
4. This fund is for continuing your ERWA membership.
General Policies and Procedures:
1. Members submit proposal to ERWA Treasurer.
2. ERWA Treasurer submits proposals to ERWA Board for approval.
3. On approval, the Treasurer records and disperses earmarked funds on a first come, first served basis.
